It is time to buy... the mortgage rates are at an all time historical low, properties
are the lowest they've been in years. It is the bottom... NOW!! For example, there
were 263 sales recorded in Maui County in May 2010, which is the highest number of units
sold since March 2006. There are new condominium complexes on the west side of the
island, one called
Honua Kai, as well as the south side, even the newest live/work
residences on the sunny South Kihei Road,
Kai Ani Village... still a few left, so
